About me:
I offer both group and individual lessons, addressed mainly to Hispano and Catalan-speaking students.
Qualifications and experience:
I have more than 25 years of experience in teaching the Polish language. I have a degree in Hispanic Philology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and in Slavic Philology from the University of Barcelona. I introduced Polish courses in Barcelona and founded the Polish Classroom.
Methods of teaching
In my classes you will obtain knowledge in the field of:
- Knowledge of the basic grammatical structure of the Polish language in terms of phonetics and morphology;
- Basic communication skills in the field of understanding of spoken and written language and expression in Polish;
- Communication skills in basic situations of everyday life;
- Identification of the main characteristics of the Polish language by contrast and comparison with Catalan and/or Spanish.
The evaluation of the student's progress will be continuous and will consist of:
- Grammar and vocabulary tests at the end of each teaching unit;
- Oral and listening comprehension tests;
- Exercises from the workbook and the online platform;
- Grammar, vocabulary and short text writing tests (10 sentences) at the end of six teaching units.
